This should be a blue print for every US city dealing with the exponential growth of street zombies. It would be moral weakness to use a more soft term, for these anti-social entitled welfare narcissists who only want money to buy more alcohol or meth, until they die on the street. Not only congregating around downtown posing a constant menace, but in clusters all around the city swarming convenience store and grocery store parking lots. It’s a national emergency.
1. Pass very strict anti-vagrancy laws with stiff punishment. Give the person a choice between hard labor prison, or confinement on a rehab farm very far removed from cities or towns.
2. Build those rehab farms. City corporations will gladly foot the bill. High barbed wire fences. 12 hour days of hard farm work. Combined with hard core drug rehab. And education programs teaching them to care about life, and learn a trade.
3. Followed by Halfway houses with work programs for those released from the rehab farm. If they rebel, they go to prison. Period. The goal is to maintain full time work and get their own residence. If they go back to meth head zombie mode, roaming the streets, first strike you’re out. Long term prison, to remove cancers to society threatening the population.
Tulsa is currently too weak and woke to try something like this. Therefore, smaller cities like Muskogee with a similar plague, but with more red neck grit, should try this experiment, and then let other larger cities follow suit. When they see not only more peace and safety across the city landscape, but perhaps some of the zombies being resurrected, to become God-fearing, law-abiding, tax-paying citizens, maybe this solution will spread.
That or let them form tent communities across the city, with harassing panhandlers on every corner, committing murder, theft, and mayhem. It’s the City of Tulsa’s choice one way or the other.
But they may end up not having a choice, when our economy collapses and the streets overflow with blue-hair meth head zombies willing to break and enter, and murder, to satisfy their hunger. Most will become insane potential murderers once they haven’t eaten for a few days.
