Russia is On the Ropes. Putin Using Ali’s ‘Rope a Dope’ Strategy?

So we’re hitting Russia with extreme sanctions.  Did it occur to us that every sanction only weakens the US and strengthens Russia — in comparison? That Russia is poised to dominate a world war?  That its relative independence from the moral depravity of our contemporary Western culture, enshrined in the current Wokist color war here in the US against Christian, conservative values, only makes it morally superior and therefore gives it the upper hand?

Compared to Russia, we are extremely effeminate due to our reliance on McDonalds, Netflix, credit card debt, and general hedonism.  When gas prices, food prices, severe food shortages, food riots, etc hit the fan soon, Russia will be in comparison strong and we weak. They will be laughing while we psychologically implode from the inability to cope with extreme economic hardship, that is extreme withdrawal symptoms from our everyday consumerism and materialism.

It is enough to make you retreat into your domicile, stockpile canned goods, ammo, and spirits, pray your family rosary, sit back, and get ready to watch this Thing we call American pop culture completely fall apart.  It will be as glorious as it will be a disaster to witness, yet every one of us will suffer greatly going forward   Exponentially. We deserve this.

Russians are tough farmers and industrial workers, an economy based on production and output. We are weak consumers, our economy based on self-indulgence and inordinate input. They have the oil, fertilizers, wheat, etc.  We will be suffering power outages whining to death there are no more affordable Big Macs, with sky rocketing costs of bread and meat, while they will be celebrating their moral victory eating porridge in the Russian cold.  They have the moral and psychological upper hand, whereas NATO countries think they have all the power.

To me it all reminds me of Ali vs. Foreman in 1974.  Ali played the underdog, letting Foreman beat him up against the ropes, round after round, to fatigue him.  Foreman underestimating Ali’s iron will.  Ali had the will to suffer more than Foreman did, and used that to his advantage in the 8th round, suddenly taking the offensive and knocking Foreman out very swiftly.  Foreman would later relate in an interview how Ali’s victory taught him humility, bringing him closer to God and his Christian faith after the fight, becoming good friends with Ali.  He actually thanked Ali later for teaching him humility.

Rope a Dope, Ali called it.  This seems to be similar to Putin playing the underdog backed into a corner.  And we are entering the 8th round.  We are underestimating Putin and Russia.  About what is about to happen.
