The plot thickens. Spurgeon the city manager who makes 300K/year mainly overseeing infrastructure projects from a desk, or having endless social sessions across town, literally admitted to me by email what I was already drawing my conclusions about. Being scrupulous to avoid rash judgment or defamation, I reached out to him to confirm my findings.
And that he surprisingly did, yet denying that their actions violated the First Amendment or Open Meetings Act. Of course not explaining WHY he thinks that isn’t, because it obviously is.
To recap, what the Council literally did was coordinate in advance with the main opposition group called Constitutional Grounds in order to listen FIRST to their point of view at the public meeting about land use issues (issues with location, non-commercial use, perceived infrastructure issues, and traffic flow).
They coordinated this weeks in advance, and then contacted them about signing up BEFORE others of differing views, to be ahead of them.
Many wanted to discuss religious issues, religious liberty, domestic abuse risks, public safety risks, and most importantly the ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM. That is the glaring fact that this land is actually owned by the North American Islamic Trust, which the federal government, while not yet indicting them, publicly determined is a sponsor of state terrorism.
They are closely allied to the Muslim Brotherhood, itself overseeing groups like Hamas, Al Queda, and Hezbollah.
You can’t make this stuff up. It traces right back to Tulsa and now BA, but the Council showed favoritism to technical issues to block the permit, sidelining the obviously more pressing civilizational and public safety issues. Those were too philosophical for them. What they did was censor much of those views.
The evidence (emails, FB posts, video of actual speakers, my photos of the line outside signing up, etc.) clearly shows they intended to arrange speakers with those points of view they preferred to hear, to dominate the meeting. They also reached out to the Muslim group making the same arrangement in advance.
So what people heard that night was for the most part alternating speakers between the two groups, while dozens or more sat waiting their turn, who signed up the ethical way, only to get the shaft.
BACK TO LISA FORD:
I’m baffled how much in concert these people are in enabling and covering up for a fraudulent public hearing. They act as if they are above impunity. It’s an absurdity that this occurs right in front everyone’s eyes, in conservative, patriotic Broken Arrow.
I’ve now asked LISA FORD several times in writing if she knew about this plan, and if she was a part of it. She only responds with irrelevant talking points, never answering the question. Bill Clinton the father of political spin doctoring couldn’t have spun the question any better.
Therefore, as a citizen journalist, and as a potential political candidate, I state that by all appearance LISA FORD also knew about and supported their illegal plan. The axiom “silence speaks consent” applies.
Several times she had the opportunity to reply No she didn’t know and didn’t help with their plan. But she didn’t, but kept dodging the question like a deflecting Risk Management Specialist, NOT as my elected Representative with direct transparency.
This is the woman who suddenly and therefore disrespectfully called for a vote at the meeting, to stop listening to the speakers, saying “I think I’ve heard enough,” in truth having already heard the main ones they arranged to hear. You don’t bring it to an end that way. It’s an insult to the assembly, which explains many people then protesting.
It takes a special blend of malice, idiocy, and pride to do something like this to The People of Broken Arrow. 1000 attended. After the City made public announcements inviting the whole city.
This fraud was not just a violation of the rights of people who signed up to speak in an honest way, who in the end got the shaft, it was a severe insult to all The People of Broken Arrow.
In the Catholic Church to which I belong, if I participated in this kind of fraud, that is considered a mortal sin that at least temporarily destroys my relationship with God. If unrepentant upon death, that is for us damnable.
I would rather die a miserable death than do what they did.
For the record, I have less confidence that Green or Pickle knew what was going down. Green is a police officer of seemingly good repute. Pickle seems like a quiet, gentle civil servant. But still they all seem joined at the hip like the Borg, rather than acting autonomously and with freedom to oppose. That IS NOT democracy.
So yes she gets reported too to the AG with email evidence. In the end The Law can investigate, judge, and punish. I pray for that.
