He hasn’t fessed up yet. We went to another hearing today, and he’s coming back on 1/8. My best interpretation is he’s facing more than community service, trying to avoid jail time or a trial. He did try to interact with us after the hearing, violating the judge’s order, which I reported later to the court.

Also, I put in a motion for the protective order judge to re-consider a hearing (I expect the original denial was due to a delay in filing due to my medical condition) which was granted, a hearing set for 12/23. Will give updates. Time to fess up and do your time. Get ‘er done and move on……
