Court appearance # 2 was yesterday. Stalker Blog troll pled not guilty to multiple emails he sent the prosecutor’s office considered criminal harassment, one email being a threat.
Given what the law actually says, all the hard evidence, my multiple past police reports, and the fact he has a long criminal history including a violent felony against a minor, etc, the odds he wins at trial is 0%.
The consequence of lying yesterday to the court, refusing to take any accountability, means he does not care that harassment, stalking, and threats are criminal acts.
Had he plead no contest or guilty, either way, I would have advocated for a merciful sentence like community service and counseling. That ship has sailed. Now I’m asking for increased charges and incarceration time.
Jury trial sounding docket set for 12/11. I hope he is ready for the possibility of going to jail or prison, in which case a 6’ x 8’ cell with bars and an orange jump suit await him.
