Please pray and have Masses said for the soul of Lauren Emig, and parishioner of St. Michael’s Chapel (SSPX) in Oklahoma City, who passed away recently at the young age of 39, after a two year battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband and eleven children.
She made our wedding cake and sang in our wedding at SSPX Tulsa back on 2011. I’ve known her and her family since 2001. She was a meek of virtue, piety, and motherhood.

I have confidence that either Lauren is in heaven, or high up there in purgatory needing our prayers and penances, with all the other Holy Souks. It is fitting her passing took place during November, in part dedicated to the Holy Souls.
That is a peaceful thought.
