Election Results Are In. My Political Thinking Going Forward. It is Time to Step Back from the Sinking Ship.

After a stint supporting Ron Paul back in the day (I named one pet rat Ronny, and years later [they don’t live long, but are great pets] another one Pauly), and later after a decade fervently supporting The Donald, I am finished with supporting federal government.

It is lost.

Trump’s downfall into madness, especially over Iran, was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me.  I had arrived at zero hope in changing the federal system until he arrived, but I will no longer pin hopes to him. Either the man deceived us all this time, or is now demon possessed.

Tonight’s sweeping major loss to the leftists confirms my decision.  The US will still

continue to march us straight into WW3 and nuclear holocaust.

There is merit to the philosophy of now just stepping back and letting the political, godless system of D.C., and everything tied into it, entirely implode, making sure not to implode with it, and then one day help rebuild.  And at most support individuals in local politics more to bear witness by doing acts of justice and mercy, than cause  sweeping reform.

The merit of retreat is to preserve our peace of mind and focus on what matters most, the salvation of souls, during the End Times.

The Socialists (communists in disguise) have taken back over, and I expect it stays that way.  On the human level, the GOP and federal system is hopeless.  And the Democratic Party is a tool of the Anti-Christ.

All we can do is pray and prepare, surviving in our life boats watching the Titanic sink into the ocean’s depths.  And then head for shore and start again.  One day.

I will not entertain a conservative comeback in 2028, or the next great leader.  We are now past that.  The momentum towards an entirely atheistic, communist state is too strong, and I do not think God will save it through a miracle.

The beautiful but imperfect  idea that once was the nation of “America” is destroyed, but in the abstract and in some remnants carries on in our hearts and minds to perhaps resurrect one day, and perhaps as a Catholic version of it (a confessional Republic with a monarchy and aristocracy).

We still continue with patriotism to love The Land and Our People, as God requires, and to preserve remnants of authentic American culture.

 Like Football and Thanksgiving.
