Charlie Kirk and his wife knew the risks especially after Trump was almost assassinated over just a year ago in almost the same scenario. I’m sure it crossed his mind at every event. Both scenarios were from a roof top at an assembly by a crazed young man throwing his life away, hating what Trump stands for. What you the reader likely believe in, as I do. But he and his wife supporting him kept putting himself on the line going to college campuses etc. to speak the truth. Including to defend Christian faith and morals.
He knew very well it could happen to him. But he did not step down. That makes him a kind of martyr for Christian faith and morality, against the atheistic, Marxist left still having a stronghold on many of our country’s institutions. Institutions like most universities, the entertainment and music industry, or the big social media companies like Facebook or TikToc, brainwashing the youth to do senseless acts like this.
May Charlie rest in peace. Rumor is he recently became a Catholic. We know at least he was preparing to enter the Church. The man might literally be a saint now. Shrines should be built in his honor. Federal buildings, schools, and navy ships given his name to symbolize the defense of God’s moral laws and the right and responsibility to publicly defend those divine laws through freedom of speech. Let Trump use the momentum of this tragedy to help defeat this nation’s enemies, both foreign and domestic, who would keep funding Antifa and radical political leftism.
Use the force of the law to defeat this evil. That is what it is for.
The Okie Traditionalist Blog and a Death Threat:
This story got me thinking. I put myself at risk writing this blog which by the way is in part why I use a pen name. I do not avoid controversial subjects, but would prefer not to get shot, denied a position, wrongfully terminated, or otherwise injured due to what I write. There are unlimited ways crazed readers could retaliate for free speech speaking the truth. Just this summer I received several harassing emails from local Catholics about my blog posts about the Sts. Peter and Paul Latin Mass controversy. Despite other emails giving support.
Either you keep your faith and viewpoint confined to whispers in the back corner of the church parking lot, your private diary, or around the coffee machine at work with a trusted colleague, OR you publicly proclaim the truth at times either online or in the flesh, which puts you at risk for all sorts of retaliation.
Including getting shot in the head. Or if the shooter misses, in Charlie’s case, the throat.
One local person who claims to be a Catholic actually refused to stop sending me insulting emails for exercising free speech with civility and tenacity, to defend the TLM, to the point they literally sent me an email with an image which clearly was a threat to my life.
Along with past harassing emails sent through the blog, it was included in my police report. Let’s just say I have concrete verifiable facts to assure me that soon enough a group of police officers will be knocking on this person’s door at say 6 am to haul them off to jail.
Heads up person, if you’re reading this. Mark my words. You’re snoozing cozy in bed at 6 am when suddenly you hear “Bang bang bang. Open up. We have a warrant for your arrest.” The police must follow a knock and wait protocol. If you refuse to answer the door, that’s resisting arrest which in Oklahoma could result in one year of incarceration.
And if you don’t answer the door, yes they legally can and will enter and then it’s your hands handcuffed behind your back until you end up in a 5’ x 8’ holding cell until you are brought into the jail proper and assigned your cell and meet your cell mate. Before being sat down with your court appointed attorney and shown the hard, Indisputable evidence, and had the law explained to you.
I look forward to attending all hearings to advocate that if this person refuses contrition or respect for the law and court, that they receive a strict sentence which could be, worse case scenario, up to 14 years in prison. One year for the first harassing email. Three years for the second since that would be a felony. And ten years for stalking, which a series of such emails over time is. It’s in the Oklahoma statute. Not to mention another potential year if they resist arrest by refusing to answer the door.
The crime was already committed. It is now in the hands of the court. It is not a matter of IF, but now just a matter of WHEN.

It is diabolically ironic how much the left will cry you are committing criminal hate speech (when in fact you are not), while literally hypocritically breaking the law to silence you, to the point of threats and assassinations. This dynamic is playing out everywhere.
The atheistic, post-modernist, liberal leftists (who are far more sinister than a “liberal”) have been brainwashed and their brains turned into mush. This young man assassin literally ended his own life (as he knew it). On Tuesday the guy had all the opportunities in the world in front of him. The world was his oyster. The next day he effectively destroyed his life because of his LGBTQ ideology. He will either go to prison for life or get the death penalty. Let’s put it this way, that young man would not want me on the jury. Not smart to assassinate Kirk in a conservative state like Utah with their Mormon views on the death penalty.
Here’s an idea. Pass a federal law requiring death by public hanging on the White House lawn for every legally sane politically motivated assassin or mass shooter. Televised across Fox News and CNN. Call it the “Charlie Kirk law.” Whether it’s a nut on the right or the left, send a message that this nation will have absolutely zero tolerance for silencing legitimate speech, especially that which defends truth, morality, and the rights of God, by turning the public square into a terrorist zone.
I’m talking about every assassination or mass shooting of one or many people in the name of political views. The next time a crazed transsexual motivated by political hatred shoots up a crowd, school, church, or college assembly resulting in death of innocent life, once found guilty and sentenced per this new law, they eventually get taken to the White House lawn, with President Trump pulling the lever. Followed by a firework show and a military band playing The Star Spangled Banner. The divine justice of that just and godly (and truly Catholic!) legal punishment would teach the youth (and everyone else) that civil discourse or debate, even when it is bold, outspoken, frank, and God forbid politically incorrect IS the answer, not actions like harassment, stalking, threats, petty insults, Ad Hominem arguments, or murder.
We should imitate Charlie Kirk and put fear, cowardice, and an inordinate need for social approval aside, and publicly speak the truth.
Whether that is at the church coffee and doughnuts, town hall, or holding a pro-TLM rosary rally across from the chancery. Or on a little blog like his.
God is truth. Which means we must proclaim the truth which is God from the rooftops. Not cower down in the shadows, ruled by maximizing hedonistic pleasure and minimizing pain rather than by righteousness and thirst for justice.
Or being rational, intelligent, and logical.
Charlie Kirk, if you are a true martyr in heaven, which the more I learn seems to be probable, pray for us. Pray for President Trump, the MAGA conservative movement, and the restoration of Christian culture to this nation. For an end to all these political shootings. For peace one day again in the public sphere. And pray for the conversion of the enemies of Christ, His Church, and the Christian faithful.
