1. A Treaty between the US, NATO, Ukraine, and Russia.
2. Agree to end the war. Immediate retreat of troops on both sides, Russian forces back to Russia, Ukrainian forces leave the Donbas and Crimea.
3. Ukraine agrees to never become a member of NATO.
4. The Donbas and Crimea become a part of Russia.
5. NATO agrees to never again make another country a part of NATO.
6. The US closes all military bases in east Europe, withdrawing all troops and weaponry.
7. Russia agrees to never attempt to take any country in East Europe including Poland and the Baltic states.
8. Both sides will withdraw forces and weaponry near the borders of Russia except for basic forces for border security.
9. NATO countries will rebuild the infrastructure and social structure of Ukraine.
10. Russia will assist reconstruction, and make a formal apology for how the USSR once treated Ukraine. This will also include proportional reparations.
11. Zelensky and his cronies will be brought to trial for crimes against humanity, instigating world war, and financial corruption, found guilty, and given the death sentence in the form of televised public hanging.
