I support the idea of an “as is” blanket regularization of the SSPX and all of its affiliates, by Pope Leo. Give them pernission to concentrate more bishops. Establish them as an Apostolic Administration, a kind of non-territorial particular Church with its own hierarchy, liturgy, and pre-conciliar praxis, subject directly to the Pope. An international safe space from conciliar modernism. A shining Citadel on a hill. A place of refuge. Able to to set up parishes and apostolates in any diocese independent of the Novus Ordo bishop’s jurisdiction. Consolidate all Latin Mass groups subject to this new particular Church: the FSSP, Institute, Clear Creek monastery, etc.
