It is a powder keg right now in the Middle East, and for a year and a half a powder keg in Eastern Europe, with two groups of nations ever hardening their alliance against the other, East vs. the West. If that means even a significant chance of WWIII, we should be prepping.
As in preparing a long term stock of food, water, medicine, light bulbs, etc, etc. Providentially, I got proactive a year ago and now we have a year’s worth of food, etc. I blogged about this before, but here is a summary of items and action plans.
Large bags of flour, rice, beans, and sugar from Costco stored in Mylar bags stored in air tight food grade buckets cheapest at Tractor Supply. Canned chicken breast, tuna, veggies, and fruit cheapest at Aldis.
Flashlights, batteries, cooking oil, propane, paper plates, oatmeal, barter items (whiskey, vodka, cigarettes, aspirin, candy, lighters), hunting rifle, shotgun, pistol, ammo, shortwave radio, walkie talkies, etc.
Action items: have a bug out plan to escape to remote areas or a bug in plan to stay at home and defend it like a fortress. Pray daily for world peace. Frequent confession and communion. Daily rosary. Network with other preppers.
I hope there isn’t a world war soon but it may happen so why not start preparing?
