Fatima Center Takes Different Stance than the SSPX on Last Week's Consecration. I Have to Agree.

The Fatima Center issued its conclusion HERE.  The SSPX has likewise issued its conclusion HERE.

The SSPX statement says that Russia was "consecrated," and that one may conclude the bishops as a whole participated in it.  While not saying explicitly that this consecration was therefore THE consecration that properly fulfills the request of Our Lady of Fatima, the wording seems to imply that conclusion.  Yet in fairness, the statement concludes this would only be fulfilling ONE of the conditions requested by Our Lady.

Traditionally the SSPX and the Fatima Center have been the main organizations promoting the requests of Our Lady of Fatima, and a prayer crusade for the proper consecration, while often working in concert.  Yet, in my understanding, it is the SSPX mainly following the Fatima Center's assessments of this issue, of Fr. Gruner and associated priests and Fatima theologians over the years.  For this reason, it seems better to give more weight to the theological opinion of the Fatima Center.  I would hope they would be in agreement, but it seems for now they are not on this one critical issue.

Therefore, I myself take the Fatima Center position, which if you read both, it makes the most sense, reasoning out more concretely that a) Russia was not specifically "set apart" for a blessing or consecration, as would be required,  b) this was essentially the same as done by Pius XII, consecrating the world, while also mentioning Russia as secondary, c) that there must also be an adequate devotion to the First Saturdays, and d) while also at the same time, or before the proper consecration, the Vatican releasing the FULL third secret, which it hasn't.

Apparently, that last third condition was the conclusion of Fr. Gruner from post-1917 private revelations to Sr. Lucia about the importance of revealing the third secret, in Mary's requests being finally honored.

Therefore, no 100 somersaults in front of my house as promised in past posts if the consecration was done properly (my main litmus test being what the Fatima Center and/or the SSPX have to say).   I was prepared to do it, but...

According to the most reliable authority I know on this subject, it was not done properly as Mary requested.  We have not paid enough attention to heaven's peace plan for this era.

World war, famine, and mass persecution approach.  God help us.  Prepare now.  Especially spiritually.  Our Lady of Fatima, pray for us.
